This is great advice; thank you, Raman.

I think this will work much better than my previous strategy of just reading a
Lisp book, doing some exercises, and wondering how I would ever remember all
of those functions, macros, special forms and their options. Similarly, trying
to read and understand the entire source code of a program before making
changes probably isn't the best approach either, at least, not with my
fallible memory.

It will probably take quite some time, but I'll be working consistently
following Raman's recommendations.
