Different espeak voice families don't seem to work

Hi All

I'm running emacspeak 33 with espeak 1.44.05. I've just been customizing various voices by customising variables like voice-bolden-settings. I discovered that if I change the family between Paul, Harry and Betty, then there is no change to the speech. as a test, running
(dtk-speak-using-voice voice-womanize-1 "This is a random string")
Then the only change to the default voice is the pitch increase, and a female voice is not used.

It seems that all 3 voice families are being mapped to the same voice in espeak. Is this a known bug, or am I missing something?

Many thanks

Alastair Irving
