Del not speaking in all buffers

Hi,

With the refactor of advice it looks like delete-backward-char has been
missed.

This means that deleting chars is silent in shell buffers for example.

I think it just needs to be advized in the same place as
backward-delete-char and backward-delete-char-untabify
delete-backward-char.

That fixes it for me anyway.
