turning off welcome message

Hi

How can I turn off welcome message "This is emacspeak".
My sound system has troubles mixing concurrent sound streams from eflite and
"This is emacspeak" message.
Sometimes emacspeak doesn't speak this message during startup and then
everything is ok.

I'm using emacspeak version 38.0.
