network problem

Hi folks, 

The gateway that connects Vassar to the rest of the world went down on
Saturday.  It is back up now.  

Over that time a fault in our name service was also demonstrated and
for part of this time "cs.vassar.edu" disappeared.  That problem will
be corrected over the next few days.

Anyway, emacspeak@xxxxxxxxxxx is back.
