Compilation error

Hi

I am trying to compile (make) Emacspeak for an iPAQ (StrongARM Processor)
I am using the skiffcluste5
To log in, open a telnet session to :
skiffcluster5.handhelds.org
The login is guest and there is no password.

You can create your own directory or go to mine
$ cd /home/guest/latyr@xxxxxxxxxxx

After decompressing the archive I have done
$make config SRC='pwd'
The result is:
cd lisp; make config  SRC=pwd
make[1]: Entering directory
`/home/guest/latyr@xxxxxxxxxxx/emacspeak-14.0/lisp'
Configured emacspeak in directory pwd. Now type make emacspeak
make[1]: Leaving directory
`/home/guest/latyr@xxxxxxxxxxx/emacspeak-14.0/lisp'
cd etc; make config  SRC=pwd
make[1]: Entering directory
`/home/guest/latyr@xxxxxxxxxxx/emacspeak-14.0/etc'
make[1]: Leaving directory
`/home/guest/latyr@xxxxxxxxxxx/emacspeak-14.0/etc'
Configured emacspeak in directory pwd. Now type make emacspeak

So the first step is clear, I start the n° 2
$ make emacspeak
The result is :
cd lisp; make  SRC=/home/guest/latyr@xxxxxxxxxxx/emacspeak-14.0
make[1]: Entering directory
`/home/guest/latyr@xxxxxxxxxxx/emacspeak-14.0/lisp'
emacs -batch -q -no-site-file  -l
/home/guest/latyr@xxxxxxxxxxx/emacspeak-14.0/lisp/emacspeak-load-path.el -e
val "(setq byte-compile-dynamic t)" -f batch-byte-compile dtk-css-speech.el
While compiling toplevel forms in file
/home/guest/latyr@xxxxxxxxxxx/emacspeak-14.0/lisp/dtk-css-speech.el:
  !! File error (("Cannot open load file" "dtk-voices"))
Done
make[1]: *** [dtk-css-speech.elc] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory
`/home/guest/latyr@xxxxxxxxxxx/emacspeak-14.0/lisp'
make: *** [emacspeak] Error 2

Does anyone has an idea ???
