Software Dectalk

Tim --Looks like you've made more progress than anyone else on Debian.

Here are details on the tcl libs that the compiled version I put up on
the emacspeak site --this is the tcl libs that are in RH 7.3.

Also, it's clear that the problems are due to a mismatch in libs
between RH and Debian.
the libctl.so on my machine comes from
tcl-8.3.3-67

ldd  tcldtk.so
	libtts.so => /usr/local/lib/libtts.so (0x40020000)
	libtts_us.so => /usr/local/lib/libtts_us.so (0x40027000)
	libtcl.so.0 => /usr/lib/libtcl.so.0 (0x400c9000)
	libc.so.6 => /lib/i686/libc.so.6 (0x42000000)
	libdl.so.2 => /lib/libdl.so.2 (0x40149000)
	libpthread.so.0 => /lib/i686/libpthread.so.0 (0x4014c000)
	libm.so.6 => /lib/i686/libm.so.6 (0x40160000)
	/lib/ld-linux.so.2 => /lib/ld-linux.so.2 (0x80000000)
