serious tcl problems -- emacspeak no longer working



OK, now I have emacspeak_dir (upper case) defined, but I am getting
return code 11 from tts_startup -- I have put in the change to ignore
the first pause, but I am now getting the invalid parameter or
whatever return code 11 is.
