tuning via voice

Dr. Ramen

I have been working on tuning the tts. I wanted to see if this is what
you had in mind.

The original settings that were changed are commented:

;; (0 0 90)
;; (1 13 81 )
;; (2 26 72)
;; (3 39 63)
;; (4 52 54 )

     (0 30 60)
     (1 45 57)
     (2 49 56)
     (3 54 54 )
     (4 59 52 )
     (5 65 50)
     (6 74 40)
     (7 83 30 )
     (8 87 26)
     (9 92 21)))

I've not yet made any changes to anything over a5.

I still think the setting for a1, voice-bolden, is too low. If someone
creates a www page that has a passage done in bold, it can be annoying.
I have left it this low since the frequency of this is low and to bring
it any higher will make the setting for a2 worthless.

I have searched for articles concerning tuning tts engines, but I have
found nothing. If you know of anything, please let me know.

Thanks,

rdc
