This is a part of emacspeak. You might have to upgrade your emacspeak
version. Alternately, you might want to just look at w3, as I think
this feature has been in there for a while. I know it is in the
emacspeak cvs version, as that is the one that I am using but mine is a
bit old, as I mentioned in a previous mail.
