pause, resume and emacspeak 7.0



There is no way to get the cursor to jump to where you
paused at present.

However I didn't bother implementing it because 99% of the
time you can always use isearch to get there in a few
keystrokes--
so given that all features in Emacspeak are implemented
based on the pain involved in implementing something vs
using the workaround, I doubt whether I'll ever implement
the above.

If your brain is tired of playing Tetris-- play gomoku.

I forgot to point out in the release announcement that
Emacspeak-98 was designed 
to make up for the time you saved by using an efficient
environment
--you can now waste the saved time playing games.
