====== CS Department Policy: Adding Courses ======

Frequently more students want to enroll in a CS course than can be accommodated. To be fair and consistent about which students are added, the CS department has adopted the following policy:

Priority will be given, in order, to:
  - Declared CS majors,
  - Declared CS correlates,
  - Those who are registered for fewer CS courses,
  - More senior students, and, finally,
  - Random lottery.

If you believe an exception needs to be made to this policy (for instance, you cannot graduate if you do not get into a particular class), you can appeal to the CS department chair.
