   - fire it up with different IP
   - confirm working, then upgrade wiki
   - check and repair in house mods - log all changes
   - once confirmed working, schedule time to repeat on live wiki
   - WARN FOLKS NOT TO EDIT OVER CHANGE TIME
   - on that day:
     - WARN FOLKS NOT TO EDIT OVER CHANGE TIME
     - shut down wikis 
     - sync wiki data
     - swap IP addrs
     - bring up alt wiki
     - replicate changes on pacific wiki
     - confirm correctly working
     - shut down alt wiki
     - swap IP addrs

     - bring up wiki
     - GIVE THE ALL CLEAR
   - REPEAT for liam (testing multi-homed wiki)
