The problem we had in yesterday’s lab (Monday Jan. 28) has been resolved. 

The problem was that one of the server maps needed to be manually rebuilt after changes made to our system. The other maps are all dealt with in an automated fashion so I did not notice at first that one of them needed to be built manually.  It is all fixed now. -Greg</description>

Both lab printers, asprey and loaner are back up and fully operational. 

Thanks to a visit from NetEffects (our printer repair folks) I can report that as of 11:20 am, asprey is now working.  (Loner has been working since yesterday.)</description>
