error in emacspeak-w3-extract-by-id-list

I am writing a bit of an article on web browsing using emacspeak and so
I am having a look through all the functions.  In trying out the
function in the subject line, the following error occured:

list: Symbol's function definition is void: emacspeak-w3-css-get-id-list

This happened on slashdot.org,  osnews.com, and www.thereginster.co.uk.

I would track this error down and see if it is anything I can fix, and
if no one gets to it I might still. but I thought I might mention it now
in case someone else has the time to look into it.
