Bug with handling errors

-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----
Hash: SHA1

There seems to be a problem with the way emacspeak handles errors. For example,
the following code shouldn't display anything when the test command is ran:
(defun test ()
  (interactive)
  (condition-case nil
      (error "test error")
    (error nil)))

This bug causes Emacspeak to say No previous track when trying to play things in emms.
