[patch] fix the Makefile for linux-outloud

Hi William,

All your patches are in.

The patch for linux-outloud/Makefile was missing -lasound -- added it
in to make it work.

Everything compiles and runs, thanks.

Only thing left is to fix alsaparams which failed to link --
