Speech-dispatcher interface?

Jason is correct ---Bill, it's been mostly a questin of lack of
time --- and at least initially "no obvious benefit".

But I would welcome a speech-dispatcher binding if you have the
cycles to write one. Study module dtk-interp.el -- and how it
interfaces with the servers written in TCL for inspiration.
