setting dtk-split-caps to off in a .emacs file

Good evening,

I'm drawing a blank on the right string to type into my .emacs file to
make Emacspeak come up with dtk-split-caps turned off globally and
dtk-all-caps-beep turned on globally. Can someone please supply me
with the proper one? I don't mind the split caps when I am writing
code but they get on my nerves when I am reading pros. I find that
the call-caps beep does the same thing but a bit more unobtrusively
for me. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.
Alex M
