Emacspeak speech server for mac

Bart,

Yes, I know of Dave's work, though I've not had the cycles to
find a Mac laptop and try it. But please go ahead and work with
him on it, and I'll accept it into the Emacspeak codebase when:

1. It doesn't modify any emacspeak code that doesn't need
modification.
2. It works reliably -- that's for you, Dave and other Mac users
to tell me.
At that point I'll just check it into the emacspeak codebase.
