some instructions in Makefile are useful



I neglected to do make install as super user earlier.  Once done, I have 
/home/jude/git/emacspeak/etc/emacspeak.sh which when run starts emacspeak 
and the espeak server.  A couple control-xc commands and typing yes gets 
me back to the linux prompt without the necessity to reboot.  I think I'll 
try the stuff in servers directory and see if it works as documented this 
time.
