Re: ubuntu needs attention

So it seems like emacspeak should be upgraded on ubuntu. Currently it is at version 29, even in "saucy" ubuntu, which I guess is unstable.

Debian package (version 38) was released in August 2013, while Ubuntu performed its Debian import in July 2013. So Ubuntu 13.10 will still contain incorrect emacspeak, but the next release should be ok without the need of extra actions.
