Hi all, Earlier today, I did a clean install of OS X Mavericks to upgrade this machine. After installing Emacs, Emacspeak only reads the first few characters of a line, and in some cases, nothing at all. I can only guess at this point, that Apple has changed something in the NSSpeechSynthesizer implementation. The only thing that casts doubt on this guess is that turning off voice-lock seems to make it read a little more—no where near what it should be, but more. Does anyone have any ideas?
