Bug: Emacspeak reads the character "0" as (ly-raw string "zero")

Hi,
When pressing C-e c to speak the current char, Emacspeak announces it as "(ly-raw string "zero")". The reason for this seems to be in the variable `emacspeak-char-to-phonetic-table', where the value of the character "0" is defined differently than everything else. There is no function called `ly-raw', so I have no clue what this is meant to be.
Thanks!
