Hello, I just submitted a pull request on github <https://github.com/tvraman/emacspeak/pull/117>. now servers that support unicode properly like espeak and mac should get to handle all the characters with C-e c and reading text in general. For older synthesizers like dectalk dtk-handle-unicode is set to t so the usual translation should take place. -- Kind Regards, Aleksandar Sredojevic
