starting remote server under emacspeak 8.

hi,
congratulations to raman on emacspeak 8.

i've run into a problem though :)
the command c-e m-s doesn't seem to work.
when i try to exicute it i get a beep.  no message in the messages buffer.
it looks like it isn't bound to the key.

anyone else having this problem?

when i looked at the source for emacspeak-remote.el the section that looked like it should contain the code to start the server was empty.
