Looking for install beta testers

I'm looking for a small number of beta testers to make sure
the new emacspeak installs  correctly.
The thing to test in particular is the support for the
Outloud TTS engine.

Note: Please do not volunteer to test simply because you
want to get your hands on the Outloud speech server;
that will only slow all of us down.

What I'm specifically looking for is users who will be able
to go figure out what goes wrong with the install --not just
say "it went wrong".

Once this test stage is over I will release Emacspeak 11.0
