emacspeak and mbrola

hello everyone:
I would like to try to instal emacspeak with mbrola as a synthesizer, but
I don't seem to find any documentation about how to do that. 
I have looked at the leb.net site on docs, but don't seem to have any
success can someone give the proper url where I could find the info?
