a bit of list buisness

Hi Folks,

In the last few days I have had to remove quite a few folks from the
list because of bounced mail.  In most of these cases the problem was
that the recipient could no longer accept accept mail because their
mail box was over quota on their home system.

If you recived this message via email then you are still on the list.

If you are seeing it on the web site and you did not recieve it via
email, then you need to re-subscribe.
