Emacspeak-14.0 and realaudio/radio

Hello,
I have a question about emacspeak-14.0.
In particular, several of the files in realaudio/radio seem to be
out of date.  At least, when I try to access them
using c-e; I get the error message
"The link you followed  may be outdated or inaccurate."
A specific example is the file rfi.ram.
It used to work.
Is this a problem with emacspeak-14.0 or have the French changed their address?

Incidentally, how does one find out these realaudio
network addresses for radio stations?
