There are at least two documents under consideration here:

1. The Emacspeak manual as distributed with the software. This is open
   to contributions but, at the moment, no one is actually
   contributing to or developing it. In my own case this is simply due
   to lack of time.

2. The Emacspeak HOWTO document: this is currently being worked on,
   according to messages recently posted to the list.
