emacs 20.7 emacspeak 15.0 and w3 4.47

I am running emacspeak 15.0 with emacs 20.7 and i just installed the
emacs/w3 4.47 version. When I access the Nation Public Radio website
http://www.npr.org with the w3-fetch command, I get a message that says
"arithmetic error" and a page with no links. Does anybody know why?
