gt goes silent when I use c-x c-b

Hello,

I'm running emacspeak 15 and a doubletalk lt.  Nearly every time I use
the "c-x c-b" (buffer list" command, the unit goes silent.  I have to
power-cycle to get speech back.  When I use the menus to switch (m-`
b), it's OS.  Trouble is, that menu cannot show all the buffers I have
open.
