viavoice proceedure for rh8

Hello,
	With thanks to everyone who offered suggestions on this issue, here's
how i got Viavoice working on rh8.
	First, insure tclx is installed, that's a dependency of emacspeak 17.
Then install th compat-libstdc++ and compat-libstdc++-devel rpms. Finally
install viavoice. Then do:
cd /usr/share/emacs/site-lisp/emacspeak/servers/linux-outloud
and add:
CC=g++
	to the Makefile. Save and run make. Now if things are good Viavoice
should start when you do emacspeak -o
