festival + mbrola + emacspeak 20.0 i it working ?

Hallo
a few months ago ( maybe a year ago ) I managed to run:
festival + mbrola + emacspeak 18.0.
It was possible thanks to matches prepared especially for 
emaacspeak version 18.0.

I unfortunatelly didn't find any patches for version 20.0 of 
emacspeak,
that's why I'm asking whether it is possible ??
