new message buffers

I am not sure if you want to include this in emacspeak-gnus.el, but I
thought others might find it useful.

In starting new messages in gnus, there is no feedback to let you know
that a new message is started. I added this to my .emacs file:

(add-hook 'message-mode-hook
      (lambda ()
	   (message "Starting message %s ... done" (buffer-name))))

and all is good.
