Hi Raman,

thank you very much for the new release and in general for your work
on emacspeak. I use emacspeak daily and like it very much especially for its
customizability and extensibility.

One clarification on the NEWS-24.0 file:
The emacspeak-apt-*.el modules are originally by Igor B. Poretsky, I just
extracted them from his patch available from:
ftp://ftp.rakurs.spb.ru/pub/Goga/projects/speech-interface/patches/emacspeak/
