eflite 0.4.0 released

I have released v0.4.0 of eflite.  The main improvement over 0.3.9 
consists of the cleanup of the usage of threads done by Lukas Loehrer to 
allow eflite to work natively with ALSA.  It can be downloaded from 
http://eflite.sf.net.  Note that flite 1.3 does not support current 
versions of ALSA; there is a patch made by Lukas (linked from the eflite 
home page) that must be built into flite in order for ALSA to work with 
eflite.
