Latest SVN snapshot build error

Hi Raman,

Just wanted to let you know that the version of emacspeak in the
google repository is failing to build. After a make config, you get
the error

emacs -batch -q -no-site-file -l emacspeak-load-path.el -l emacspeak-finder.el -f emacspeak-finder-compile-keywords
Symbol's function definition is void: declare
make[1]: *** [emacspeak-finder-inf.el] Error 255
make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/tcross/svn/emacspeak-new/lisp'
make: *** [config] Error 2

I'm not sure what you normally do here as I didn't think
emacspeak-finder-inf.el was normally compiled. However, looking in the
file, there is no (require 'cl), which would probably explain the
error. However, looking in emacspeak-finder.el, the (require 'cl) line
does seem to be concatenated into the string used to create the first
part of the file. I've not looked at this in any more depth than that.

regards,

Tim
