emacspeak compiles and works correctly with Xemacs 19.15 and according to one
of the xemacs maintainers compiles with xemacs 20.

It is true that I myself still use FSF --though most if not all FSF
dependencies are gone (if ever they were present).

Note: there is a bug in versions of xemacs earlier than 19.15 that prevents
emacspeak from compiling e.g. xemacs 19.14. this is a Xemacs bug --not an
emacspeak problem, and the xemacs folks hav efixed it.
