problem using emacspeak-websearch-dispatch with eww



Good catch -- I'd recommend using   bash anyway -- I last used
tcsh in 1991 at Cornell:-)

Probably not a bad idea to set the shell specifically in
emacspeak when invoking shell commands, will   get to that att
some point.
