W3m as "blog reader"

Hi all, particularly RDC,

Today Raman's letter included the following "snip":

or subscribe to
http://emacspeak.blogspot.com/atom.xml
in your blog reader.

Now I read blogs by going to the blog using w3m; for example:

M-x w3m-browse-url <RET>
emacspeak.blogspot.com

then look for the post I want to read using C-s.

So is w3m my "blog reader", in the sense Raman mean and if so, how do
I subscribe to the url Raman supplies?

TIA.
Cheers.
Kalyan
