New Home For VM

Note that development of the VM mail reader is moving to 
http://www.nongnu.org/viewmail/

I've been running the development snapshot for a few weeks now
and appears to be stable, though the only reason to upgrade from
VM 7.19 is if you receive many messages that use
multipart/alternative in mail attachments.
