error installing svn version

I am getting an error trying to update my installation. At the bottom
of this message is the edited output of my install log, starting from
where I think the issue is. As I seem to remember, atom-blogger has
been replaced by other tools. I think this might show up on my system
because I do not run out of the same directory I download to (in other
words, I run a make install).

The first problem shows up in the third line of the log with atom
blogger. Then, everything seems to be fine until the test for the
linux-outloud directory several lines below that.

It has been a while since I did a new svn install.
emacspeak-speak-version tells me that I am running 26.0 revision
unknown. My emacs version is

GNU Emacs 22.1.50.1 (i686-pc-linux-gnu) of 2007-07-14 on t40

Other information that might be of use can be had, of course. Before
reading one might want to turn on punctuation as I have a few comments
echoed to the log so that I know where I am. They are delimited by long
strings of hash marks.

Thanks, log follows,
rdc
