installation guide for emacspeak with espeak support

Hi folks,

I searched the archive for a definite source of how to install
emacspeak in conjunction with espeak, but didn't find concrete
information.

I want to use this configuration on debian/etch and it would be nice
if you could give a step-by-step installation guide. There is just
braille support during the installation phase and that makes research
a rather slow process for me.
