installing emacspeak-28.0



Hello John,

Check the emacspeak list archive at 

http://www.cs.vassar.edu/cgi-bin/emacspeak-search

to confirm this, but I think you may need tcl8.4 instead of tcl8.5.
You will also find the script mentioned by Krishnakent in his post
there, which installs emacspeak with espeak.  I think it was posted by
Gils Cass.
