Thanks for taking care of this.

Here is what you might find useful to communicate to the Debian
maintainers:

The version  numbered releases of Emacspeak are 6 monthly snapshots of
the SVN repository.  I dont do anything specific at this point to "make a
release", other than trying not to add substantial new features a couple
of weeks before the six monthly snapshot. I may well have violated even
that at times:-)

I run out of SVN, and use Emacspeak exclusively for all my work, so if
the SVN version didn't work, I'd be dead in the water.
