IBM TTS espeak connector

Gilles from voxin.org tells me that at one time there was a connector that connected espeak in the console to IBM TTS.

I would like to have a copy of the source to see if it can be compiled in current Debian or Ubuntu.

I find IBM TTS much easier to understand than espeak.  I use IBM TTS / Voxin /  Outloud in X GUI with ORCA using the nice emacspeak speech engine.  Right now for some odd reason - probably user error I can't get speech-dispatcher to use IBM TTS.

Maybe it is a bug since I am using Debian Testing.

Thank you,

David Ring
