It is becoming increasingly difficult to easily install the 32 -bit tcl and tclx needed by Voxin (IBM ViaVoice Outloud) on 64-bit systems. The most convenient way of doing this at present is to install the ia32 tcl and tclx packages put together by Guilles of the Voxin project -- these can be hard to find in a pinch. -- especially as you're moving your previously purchased voice to a new system.
