advising org-agenda-filter-by-category

Guidelines on feedback:

1. On which auditory icon to use -- the names of the icons should
be a first guide.

2. On what to speak:

Speak information that is most relevant -- and avoid redundddant
speech.

Couple of ideas (without having used org-agenda much)

Ask what the user is trying to do.
If you just filtered the agenda, you probably wanted to hide a
bunch of things and expose some relevant items.

Rather than speaking the line, a succinct summary of the form
"now showing %s of %s agenda items" is what Iwould use.

Use emacs' built-in 'message to speak this so it's also visible
on the screen.
